NRG In Motion Foundation empowers youth to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose through movement‑based leadership programs, mentorship, and community‑centered experiences. We create pathways that help young people discover their strengths, build essential life skills, and step boldly into their future.

About The Foundation
Who We Are
NRG In Motion Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering youth through Leadership Development, Movement & Wellness, and Mindset & Growth. We deliver community‑based programs that build confidence, emotional intelligence, and resilience in youth ages 8–18. Our mission is to help young people lead with purpose and thrive in school, at home, and in their communities.

The NRG Ecosystem is built around four shield‑shaped pillars — Human Development, Athletic Development, Community Development, and Specialty Career Ecosystems. Each pillar represents a pathway for youth to build skills, strengthen character, and discover their potential.

NRG In Motion Foundation grew out of my journey as a mother, a mentor, and a woman who learned resilience through real life. Watching my daughters face challenges — including a major ACL injury that tested identity, confidence, and strength — showed me just how powerful guidance, leadership, and emotional support can be. Those moments made it clear: young people need safe spaces to grow, to be seen, and to discover who they are becoming.
Every program we offer is rooted in lived experience, healing, and the belief that when youth are supported with intention and love, they rise — and their communities rise with them.
NRG In Motion Foundation was built on a simple truth: when youth move with purpose, they lead with confidence.
Our programs give young people the tools, support, and opportunities they need to rise — not just today, but for their future.
